Design of the Shelving System and the e-commerce website. Supervised the whole process form the product discovery to the market introduction.

The UX and UI challange was the multitude of products and their variants. The result was a clean, bold design explaining the user step by step how he can buy a set that suits his needs.

Home page

Home page

The main purpose of the homepage is to intrigue the user and the second is to explain the possibilities of this complex system. To do that, I decided to use a combination of linear animations and static diagrams. There is also a rich photo content created in a photo studio but also in authentic places such as: apartments, shops and workshops - a part of the ,Mleko Stories’.

Product list

The thumbnails on the product list page are all presenting the shelving system in one variant: black steel + oak wood. In this combination they are the best visible and can be easily compared to one another.

Product page

The product page is clearly showing the finishes the client have to choose from in the product description section: steel colour and wood type. After highlighting the desired combination a suitable packshot picture is presented.

Manual

The manual is printed on the recycled paper and arrives with the shelving. It is very concise but clear thanks to the drawings and short explanation. In case of doubts there is a QR code attached, which links to the movie showing the assembly.

Catalogue

Catalogue design is very bold and colourful as I wanted the whole system look like a lot of fun (not struggle) while configuring and assembling it. It is available only in digital version for download from the website in the section ‘downloads’.
